Thank you so much! The photo is probably a bit too saturated... but close enough to the real thing. It's not very big, about 20cm x 20cm.

Then it's even more detailed than I thought! It's beautiful. Yellows and yellow-greens don't always come through perfectly on my scanner, so if your camera's getting it too saturated that's probably a similar effect. I love the delicate shading on the flowers.

It looks heaps better in real life!

The strokes look too rough in this photo... and yes the camera is getting it too saturated. I've desaturated it a little in photoshop but it's still too bright, and if I push it any further I'm going to start losing details.

I'll bet. I've had some artworks like that, a few of them are around my room at the moment!

Yeah, sometimes there's only so much you can do in altering the photo. It's still gorgeous though and I tend to like the strong saturation.
